Do-gooder. Professional. Friend.

This is Rotarian Kristina, owner of award-winning KC Design Studio in Boston.

Maybe like you she wanted to get connected locally while doing good. To give back to area charities, to volunteer, and to have fun after work building friendships with other great professionals.

At her first Rotary meeting she noticed that the average age was about 30. As many women as men. She might have even met a new potential client or two.

This wasn’t her grandfather’s Rotary Club.

She’s been a member since 2009

Let’s Dispel The Common Myths About Rotary

Men only?

Women have been members of Rotary International for over 30 years. Our membership is over 50% female. We believe that diversity of culture, experience, and background is essential to creating a dynamic and successful club.

Old Fashioned?

33 years old — that’s our current average member’s age. We’re only old fashioned in that we maintain the highest standards to qualify for membership.

Weekly Meetings?

Rotary clubs used to all require attendance at meetings each week. At our club, attend as few as 12 formal meetings a year or as many as 24, plus committee meetings and service activities. Our club is designed for today’s busy professionals with a spirit for service.

The Secret to Rotary’s success

Unlike any other professional group you join, Rotary gives you friends as well as trusted business contacts.

Why? Because at Rotary we meet together 1-2 times every month and all help run the club – arrange speakers, book events, present at meetings, organize service events, volunteer together, create social events.

We build up trust in each other because we’re actively involved.   We see each other leading and achieving.  And it’s all fun.

Full Membership at 50% Savings. How?

Club dues are $50 per month with no additional fees per meeting.

This may one of the best deals in all of Rotary.  You usually pay twice as much to join a city Rotary Club like ours.  But our club was designed specifically for busy professionals.

We also don’t have raffles like other Rotary Clubs

Your single all-inclusive price includes:

  • All monthly formal meetings at Brandy Pete’s in the Financial District with light hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar
  • FREE admission for you to bring 1 guest to each meeting
  • All monthly social events (cash bar)
  • Admission to 32,000 Rotary Clubs worldwide (they usually charge a per meeting fee)
  • All District and Rotary International Dues
  • Subscription to Rotarian Magazine

In exchange we expect all members to attend our monthly meetings and to contribute to our growth by joining at least 1 committee.

This is the most affordable Rotary Club you will find anywhere in New England. You save $960 a year compared with many other Rotary Clubs because you’re not paying $20 at the door for each meeting and because we hold formal meetings monthly rather than weekly.

Are you a former or recent Rotaract member under the age of 30? Speak with our membership director for special pricing.
